Donna is a coach, a consultant, and a researcher. For the past six years, she has been Managing Partner of Leadership Solutions Consulting, LLC, a consulting firm focused on customized responses to individual, team, and organization challenges. She pioneered the firm's innovative “solutions-based coaching,” which is designed to meet the needs of managers who want to gain skills and competencies quickly, efficiently, and cost effectively.
