Specifying the General Export Settings

In the General panel of the Export Movie Settings dialog box, you can specify the range of the timeline you want to export, which tracks to include, and whether to open the movie when it’s finished. And you can have Premiere beep when the movie’s done.

You can also embed a project link. Choosing this option links the movie with the project from which it was exported. When you use the movie in After Effects or Premiere, you can use the Edit Original command to open the project that originated the movie to make any needed changes.
