Applying a Texture

Both the fill and stroke options include a parameter called “Texture.” As the name suggests, a texture gives the impression that an object has a surface composed of a given material. But you can use the texture property to fill an object with any image.

To apply a texture:

1.
Select an object (Figure 12.101).

If necessary, expand the Fill property heading in the Object Style area of the Title Designer window.

Check Texture.
3.
Click the Texture swatch (Figure 12.102).
