Using Suggested Settings for Multimedia

Previous versions of Adobe Premiere kindly suggested a preset setting in case you were unsure which one to choose. The current version provides more presets, but it doesn’t offer this comforting advice. Nevertheless, you may still be unsure which settings will work for you. Figures 2.25 and 2.26 show a few suggestions that work well for most systems using less-than-full-screen, square-pixel images, such as those you might download from the Web or use in multimedia projects. These suggestions should get you started until you become more at ease with selecting your own settings.
