CollabNet is the commercial sponsor for the Subversion project and builds a number of products using Subversion. They also offer training and support services, as well as a number of prebuilt binaries for Subversion. The instructions on the facing page allow you to install svnserve for Windows, but the CollabNet installer also allows you to install Apache. You might use Apache if you need more flexibility or to make a Subversion repository available over the Web.
