About the Contributors

Billie Alban, MFA (albanb@aol.com), is President of Alban & Williams, Ltd. She teaches in executive development programs at Columbia, and other universities. She has served on the board of the Organization Development Network and the Board of Advisors of the Yale Divinity School. She has consulted in Latin America, Europe, the UK, and New Zealand. Billie speaks fluent Spanish.

Linda Ackerman Anderson, EdD (lindasaa@beingfirst.com), is co-founder and Vice-President of Being First, Inc., a training and consulting firm specializing in leading conscious transformation in Fortune 1000 companies, military, government, and large nonprofits. She helped define the field of organization transformation and speaks globally about transformation. She coauthored The Change Leader's Roadmap: How to Navigate Your Organization's Transformation and Beyond Change Management: How to Achieve Breakthrough Results from Conscious Change Leadership, and spearheaded the Change Leader's Roadmap Methodology. She coaches senior leaders on enterprise change strategies. Her clients include Pacific Gas and Electric, Lockheed Martin, Loblaw, PeaceHealth, Canadian Government, Shell, Intel, The Nature Conservancy, and Wachovia.
