process, philosophy is
content. OD asks the hard questions, is an active listener, provides empathy and compassion, and challenges people without alienating them. Philosophy gives you a comprehensive theory of the person. Through an OD-philosophy partnership, great organizations can be built. Given this premise, what follows for the OD practitioners?
