Linking Strategy and OD to Sustainable Performance
This chapter discusses the intersection between organization development (OD) and strategy. Specifically, we describe SOAR and its application within a global professional services firm. This firm subsequently achieved significant positive change across all measures of operational excellence, client satisfaction, employee engagement and retention, and financial results.
