Interventions in Large Systems

Interventions in large systems help organizations implement changes that satisfy the demands of rapidly changing and highly competitive environments. For example, change programs may involve redesigning an organization’s structure to make it leaner and more flexible, linking key suppliers and customers closer to the organization, or establishing a reward system that closely links pay with gains in business-unit performance.
