SUMMARY

Organizations around the globe are finding that what they thought was unconventional five years ago has become mainstream today. The longer the traditions of the companies, the more innovative they must be to meet the demands of a changing society. Call it “the strengths revolution,” “natural capitalism,” or “triple bottom-line,” recent economic and social upheaval is also spawning opportunities to redefine the workplace.
