STAGES OF A TEAM-BUILDING PROGRAM

Now that we have briefly discussed the Four Cs of team performance, we will discuss what to do at each stage of a team-building program to ensure its success. These stages are labeled: Preparation, Start-Up and Data Gathering, Data Analysis and Problem Solving, Giving Feedback, Action Planning, and Follow-Up. In each stage there are a variety of alternatives available depending on the nature of the problem and the circumstances of the team.
