WHAT ARE THE MOST IMPORTANT CONTRIBUTIONS OF OD?

I found this part of the survey to be inspiring! Exhibit 41.4 lists fifteen major contributions that were identified by the respondents. No doubt many more could be added, but the list shows that OD has had a major impact in many ways on organizations and on the education of leaders, change agents (specialists in OD), and change champions (people who want to learn how to champion change). Certainly OD is the primary source for knowing how to build healthy, high-performing organizations and manage change.
