HRD AUDIT CASE STUDY

A power generation company with 1,200 employees (of whom three hundred were supervisory and managerial staff) conducted an audit that was limited to the assessment of HRD systems for the supervisory staff, including junior managers and executives to the general managers in charge of the unit. Two hundred supervisory staff took the audit.
The methodology required the large group to be divided into mixed groups by designation, age, and function. Each grouping had employees belonging to different age groups, functions, and levels.
