HSD SELF-ASSESSMENT

The key to developing HSD competencies is to assess and adapt continually. It is helpful to reflect with colleagues, but it is also helpful to complete a series of personal reflections. The self-assessment document at the end of this chapter provides a series of questions that can help you focus on, assess, and adapt your current behaviors to improve your performance as an HSD professional in the future.
You should complete the self-assessment either at the close of a project or at regular intervals—monthly or weekly.
