SSF CASE STUDY: INTERFACE, INC.

Even when values of sustainability are alive and well in organizations, as they are today at Interface, continued dialogue focused on celebration, reflection, and planning are needed to ensure the value remains robust and consistently translated into action through strategy. Long-heralded as a sustainability exemplar, Interface recently found itself needing to take a step back and reflect on its accomplishments and to map the next leg in its sustainability journey. The authors helped them through the first of a series of Phase 4 activities.
