ESTABLISH PERFORMANCE MEASUREMENT BASELINE

8.1 Introduction

Establish Performance Measurement Baseline is the process of integrating the scope, schedule, and cost baselines into a single project baseline from which to manage and control project performance throughout execution. In addition to the scope, cost, and schedule elements, the performance measurement baseline (PMB) also incorporates undistributed budget (along with its corresponding work) and contingency reserves (alongside with the corresponding risks).
