A princess is in the garden joyfully playing with her gleaming golden ball, when she accidentally drops it down the well. For obvious reasons, she’s very distraught.

Out of nowhere comes an unsightly frog, who offers help, for a price.

“Of course! Yes!” the princess agrees, frantically. “Anything! Just please retrieve my precious ball!”

The princess begs for help at any cost. Her sense of urgency is so great that she neglects to consider the conditions of the arrangement, as well as the potential consequences.

As promised, the frog delivers the golden ball, and the princess starts to skip away.

“But wait!” calls the frog. “You haven’t heard the terms of our deal!” ...
