The IT Department represented by the IT Manager.
The Electrical Department represented by the Electrical Manager.
Scope
The Electrical Department agrees to provide the following services to IT Services:
• 24/7 UPS electrical power to all data centres and other areas connected by computers and associated equipment.
• All power supply faults to be attended within 30 minutes of reporting.
• Standby power to be supplied only to data centres in the event of extended outages.
• Routine electrical maintenance will be done once in three months on all power equipment by giving advance notice to IT Services.
