Moving to CSS3

CSS3 is a separate recommendation and not a component of HTML5. Not only does CSS3 offer a very exciting prospect, but browsers (other than IE 7 and IE 8) have already picked up most of the CSS3 features. IE 7 and IE 8 just ignore CSS3; for instance, pages with CSS3 rounded corners display square corners.
