With a clear problem and clear questions to answer, it is time to identify which kind of prototype are we going to need. A great thing about old school turn-based RPG and card games is that using paper prototypes comes just naturally to them! If you consider the few other solutions to evaluate and prototype, paper prototyping sounds like the quickest and cheapest solution.
