Return

In the return section, the hero returns to the ordinary world with the treasure or reward he gained, which he may now use for the benefit of his original world. The hero is transformed by the adventure and gains wisdom or spiritual power over both the new and original worlds. He will never be the same:

  1. Refusal of the return: The idea of returning to the ordinary world unsettles the hero. Having experienced all the wonders and bliss of the world out there, he faces the challenge of bringing back the enlightenment he has achieved.
  2. The magic flight: The return journey might still be filled with perils, which the hero can confront with his new self.
  3. Rescue from without: In the same way the hero needed help during his quest, he might need ...
