Camera types

Selection of a camera type often happens on a subconscious level; you simply imagine the game being played one way or another. That said, it's important to acknowledge the reasons behind a particular camera type and remain open to alternatives. By switching from a manual to static or tracking camera one could find a brand new way of presenting the game, reshaping the experience and potentially spawning an entirely new sub-genre of games. Don't be afraid to experiment!
