People are the single most important resource when running your playtesting sessions. Each group of potential candidates comes with a set of potential advantages and disadvantages. That said, do not get hung up on trying to find the very best people to play your game, it’s often more beneficial to run smaller tests regularly than to find the perfect group of playtesters.
