SPECIMEN PROJECT OVERVIEW

From the illustration on the following pages it can be seen that our specimen data migration project has four stages:

• Project Initiation;

• Stage 1 Data Preparation;

• Stage 2 Data Preparation;

• Stage 3 Build, Test and Go Live.

Each of these stages is briefly outlined below.

First, though, a brief digression to explain why I insist that data migration be set up as a separate project.
