FINDING THE RIGHT FELLOW TRAVELLERS

OK, so we have agreed that the quest metaphor is more apt. We need to create alliances with the enterprise communities where the knowledge lies and with those who will ultimately sign off our activities. To do this we need to identify our Data Stakeholders.

Data Stakeholder

A Data Stakeholder is any person within or outside the organization who has a legitimate interest in the data migration outcomes.

This definition is important. Taking the definition in reverse:
