In the article “Managing Globally Competent People,” culture researchers Nancy Adler and Susan Bartholomew note that effective multicultural managers not only pay attention to developing their own cultural competence, but they create an organizational culture in which all employees are “capable of working with and learning from colleagues from several cultures and who are capable of creating cultural synergy.”[96] There are several steps that you can take to create cultural synergy in your organization.
