Decision-making and leadership

In some senses, this chapter ties together all of the concepts discussed in this book. It also takes us to the last and final step in our journey, making decisions and providing leadership. We make decisions on a daily basis, in both our personal and our professional lives. Some of these decisions are minor and some are of great consequence. So, how do we go about making decisions, and what kinds of biases or misperceptions can throw us off? We will consider a few of these.
