Test-SPSite
You must ensure that all site collections are considered healthy. You can run health analyzer tests against a site collection by using Test-SPSite and providing the URL of the site collection as the Identity.
Test-SPSite -Identity <URL or GUID of Site Collection> [-RuleId <ruleGUID>] [-RunAlways <optional switch parameter>]
