=CALCULATE(Sum(Sls[Sales]), Filter 1, Filter 2, ...)
This calculated field will calculate the total sales for all rows that match the filters specified. If one of the filters specified in the CALCULATE function is for a dimension already in the pivot table, the filter in CALCULATE will override the filter in the pivot table.
