I believe that there is no way to ignore the ever-increasing presence of XML and also Web Services. It's my opinion that we will see added support for the product in the future, to back up these technologies. Perhaps it will be the capability to generate an XSL template based on a DataWindow's format. Perhaps it will be the capability to generate an XSL template based on any visual object in PowerBuilder. What I'd certainly like to see is the underlying DataWindow Description Language become XSL rather than the unformatted text that it uses today. This would give the PB developer the power to build Web applications that can really shine.
