PowerBuilder and Mobile Technologies

Sybase has already developed a significant wireless platform. Its iAnywhere Solutions division owns a major portion of the mobile database market and continues to increase its market share in other wireless technology areas. You can already build PowerBuilder components that were accessed by a wireless technology using the iAnywhere mBusiness Studio, but it gets better.

In beta at the time of writing is a new product called PocketBuilder. This is a version of PowerBuilder that allows you to develop and deploy applications to the Windows CE mobile platform.
