Web Server Redirector

The Web Server Redirector enables you to use EAServer to host Web applications and service requests directed to another Web server, such as Apache or IIS. The redirector acts as a plug-in for the Web server and sends Web application requests to EAServer.

Configuring the Redirector

The steps to configure the redirector are as follows:

Install the redirector plug-in on the Web server. To accomplish this on IIS, for example, you need to set the environment variable WSPLUGIN_CONFIG_FILE to identify the redirector configuration file. Then you use the Internet Services Manager to install the IIS plug-in (named libjeas_iis.dll).
