Microsoft Transaction Server (MTS)
Microsoft Transaction Server (MTS) is an application server created by Microsoft that supports COM components. It is important to note that because the Web DataWindow is a PowerBuilder component, it can be deployed to MTS. PowerBuilder provides project wizards that create COM components and deploy them to MTS, and the Web DataWindow component can be deployed. When the component exists in MTS, the methods can be accessed via ASP scripts in the same manner they are with JSP. Again, Sybase proves that they provide open solutions.
