Like any best friend relationship, my relationship with my iPhone is conflicted. I love her, and she is always there for me, but as much as she insists that she helps me save time and do things more smartly (it’s even part of her nickname!), she also takes up a lot of my time and sometimes makes me look dumb. I’m always on the go with her, and it’s true that when I’m in a rush, I sometimes get lazy about adhering to standard business communication practices and have, quite frankly, developed poor habits when I’m around her.
