Minimum time limit on how often Postfix attempts redelivery of
deferred messages. Each time a message is deferred, the queue
manager increases the amount of time it waits to attempt delivery of
that message again. The calculated time is never less than minimal_backoff_time .
Example:
minimal_backoff_time = 1000s
