Maximum time limit for Postfix to attempt redelivery of
deferred messages. Each time a message is deferred, the queue
manager increases the amount of time it waits to attempt delivery of
that message again. The calculated increase of time is never allowed
to exceed maximal_backoff_time
.

maximal_backoff_time = 4000s
