CONCLUSIONS

This report has covered a range of activities, and summaries appear in the previous chapters. Specifically, a summary of the literature survey in Chapter 2 is given in Section 2.8, and a summary of the user-survey in Chapter 3 is given in Section 3.7. Some of the themes emerging from these summaries are briefly noted as follows:

•    Learning lessons from project reviews is felt to be very important and an integral part of the learning organization. There was a good amount of support for further work in this area and improving practice.
