Summary

In this chapter we have considered how positive psychology and Appreciative Inquiry offer an answer to the organizational challenges of doing more with less by creating an ethical and sustainable path for organizational growth and development. In doing this we have examined the PsyCap construct of positive psychological traits open to development, and Cooperrider's model explaining how adopting Appreciative Inquiry as a way of organizational life enables transformational growth and development, facilitating the growth of flourishing and abundant organizations and societies.
