SINCE THE GLOBAL FINANCIAL CRISIS gripped the world in 2008, the growth of corporate revenues from high-growth and emerging markets relative to those in developed markets has shifted markedly. As a larger portion of company revenue comes from these developing markets and this shift is expected to continue, many multinational companies (MNCs) are shifting organization structures and people to the East. This shift in economic centers of gravity has contributed to greater staffing needs and higher demand for leadership capability across Asia.
