Though today’s cameras offer a wealth of functions and features, there is only a handful of controls that you’ll truly be concerned with. These core settings are the ones that you will return to again and again and that provide you with the greatest control over the look and feel of your photographs. Though you may be familiar with some if not all of these, I want you to think of them in a slightly different way. Think of them as more than the means to a well-exposed, in-focus photograph, but also really as the tools that will enable your photograph’s greatest impact.
