About the Author

Eileen Sorg began working with colored pencil during the late 1990s and over time has developed her own signature style. With a degree in wildlife science from the University of Washington and subsequent time spent studying birds and mammals as a biologist, Eileen brings a bit of science to her artwork and how she sees the world. This structured training is now combined with her unique sense of humor to produce the highly narrative and whimsical work for which she is known.
