What’s Ahead
The pop-up industry has made tremendous strides lately, particularly over the last three years as it has evolved here in the United States. No longer are pop-ups just traditional brick-and-mortar businesses, but instead, as we have discussed in this book, they are pop-up shops, pop-up restaurants, supper clubs, food and fashion trucks, farmers markets, flea markets, and lemonade stands that open in all sorts of locations.
Despite being temporary in nature, it is clear that pop-ups are here to stay. This section will forecast the future, discuss what’s popular in the industry now, and predict where things can expect to go in the next three years and beyond.
