My name is Staffan. I live in Stockholm and Istanbul with my wife Anni and our four daughters, Thea, Edda, Groa, and Bina. Two decades ago, I studied mathematics and computer science at the Royal Institute of Technology in Stockholm. But I started programming many years before that. My first computer was a Commodore 64, a machine that looked like a bread tin.

Some years ago I read Francesco Cirillo’s book about the Pomodoro Technique,[45] and I started practicing it. Then I began to teach this methodology, and now I’m writing a book about it.
