To avoid interrupting my other activities every time I receive an email, I can set aside two Pomodori a day for responding.

When you know how to implement Pomodoro Technique the usual way, you may feel tempted to tweak it. That’s good. That’s why you collect and track data, and that’s why you have your daily retrospectives. But don’t tweak anything until you’ve tried the usual way for at least two weeks. You need experience in order to know what is good and bad for you. In this chapter, I share tweaks that I have done.
