Quantitative Estimate Error

What if you run out of boxes before you have completed the whole activity? You have estimated this activity to last for a number of Pomodori, and now you have used them all and still the activity is not done.

Then you reestimate. You guess how many more Pomodori you will need to complete this activity. Then you write as many circles next to the boxes as you estimate your remaining Pomodori to be. Now you can continue to write an X in the circles every time the clock rings and you have finished a 25-minute Pomodoro.
