In Chapter 4, "Technology Support for Business Needs," we looked at the structure of a policy management tool that can be used to simplify the task of specifying high-level business policies in the system.
The basic goal of the policy management tool is to translate high-level business policies into the per-device configuration of the various devices in the system.
