SONAR Leaders
You'd be quite surprised at the number of times in coffee breaks at conferences or at workshops that I've had people whispering to me that they are thinking of looking for another job and the simple reason is, their manager no longer seems to care anymore. When I ask how they know that they don't care, invariably their answer is, ‘Because they never seem to listen’.
The absurd thing is, when I suggest to them that they point this out to their manager and make their feelings known, their response is often what sounds like a punch line ‘Oh I've tried that, but they didn't listen!’
