As mentioned in the last chapter, the term “social media” is quickly becoming a common phrase in today's world. According to Wikipedia (www.wikipedia.org)—itself an example of social media—social media encompasses the online technologies that people use to share insights, experiences, and opinions with one another. You may be a participant in social media and may not even realize it.
