Task 5.4: Distribute the final project report including all project closure-related information, project variances, and any issues, in order to provide the final project status to all stakeholders

After procurement negotiations are complete; and financial, legal, and administrative closure is approved; the next step for the project manager to complete closure activities is to distribute the final project report to the relevant stakeholders. This final project report should comprehensively document that the project has been closed in accordance with the project plan, discuss any project variances, and deal with any identified issues whether resolved or not.
