Sam’s journey continued to the next mountain to the Temple of Bureaucracy. There the Great Guru of Scientific Methodology was holding forth on the newfangled tools and techniques for managing projects. Sam soon realized that this stuff was going to be hard to understand. There were new concepts, and a lot of them involved lots of numbers, crazy-looking graphs, and something called probability. But then there were some other things that sounded a bit more familiar.
